The e-submission service system of the Working Family Allowance (WFA) Scheme experienced failure on 30 and 31 March 2024.  Applicants who encountered difficulties in submitting WFA applications online during the above period may call the 24-hour hotline (2558 3000) of the Working Family Allowance Office or send email to enquiry_wfao@wfsfaa.gov.hk on or before 24 April 2024 for assistance.
